Morning peeps!! Just a quickie!!

Morning!! Well before I get on making my last few bits for my craft stall this afternoon I thought I would share a birthday card I have made this week.   I have used Stampin Up pacific point and vanilla card and the Inks used were soft suede and pacific point.  I used the large and small scalloped circle punches to make the flowers. I have also used some sticky back pearls, lace, pleated ribbon and my leaves die just to give it a bit more fullness. I stamped the image in Pacific point also with a Stampin Up stamp set which I think is the punch bunch --(??)  Anyway thanks for popping by and peeking at my crafty bits!

Happy crafting have a great day x

A little Happy Birthday!

Well I have been using my pennant punch and stamp set today from Stampin Up as I think its so cute. So I was going to make yet more Christmas cards but  decided against it!    I just wanted to have a cheer up colour session as on the news there is a little boy who has gone missing from a Island in france. He is called Pierre Barnes and he went to school with my eldest son.  Its so sad to hear that after 3-4 days he is still missing and I so have my fingers crossed that he is found safe and sound soon bless him. So like I said I wanted to use some cheerful colours and also use a stamp set and punch that my son could use himself to keep him occupied as he is also worried about the missing little fella.
Anyway here is the birthday card hope you like it!!

Storage Idea!!!

Hi there folks!!  Well I just love my Ink caddy but to be honest I have so many Daubers and they fall all over the place when i turn it or move it about.  Then one night when I had a few mins spare I decided to get some repositionable spots and place then in the holes in between the Ink pads as you can see in the picture!  I have had these on here now for about 5 weeks.  I use my Inks all the time and they are still in their place and are stuck in place fab so hope someone else will think this is a good idea like I do! x
Thanks for popping by folks!

Mans card x

Well I don't usually post a mans card as I just love my ribbon and button bits tooooo much!!! (The pretty prety stuff)   Anyway I was given a small picture of the lady son who was on a quad bike and his colours were black and yellow.   She also wanted a few other details on the card including his race number.    I wanted to do something a bit different for the writting so looking through my craft drawers I came across some mini bottle tops with lettering on them.  I think they just look the ticket on this male card and I hope you like them too.  They are from Lakeland.
Thanks for popping by hope to see you agian soon!!

BRING ON THE SUNSHINE!  :0)  Anyway all fun and games!   So I have been inspired to make a card like this as my friend Fi made me one like this for my birthday and it was the best ever design!!   So just had to get my head around it and get one made myself!!  After making some that folded the wrong way and having bits smaller one side than the other I got it sorted out (with a few more grey hairs than when i started i can tell you!!!) Here it is!  I even used accetate to make some wobbly hearts and that a first too!! x

Just a quick little post this morning before work!  I made this card for a friend who asked me to make her a card for her parents ruby wedding anniversary.
I used the same floral stamp to make all the floral background and toppers.  Real Red card and white card.  I then used my cricut to cut out the two label shape toppers.  I then made the flowers using a scalloped cirlce punch.

Anyway thanks for popping by and hope to see you again soon x

A Goth style card that I was asked to do but without the colour black!

So here is the finished card!  I had no idea what i was going to come up with when i was asked for this card........felt alittle out of my comfort zone but hey I though I will give it a whirl!    So  here are the items I used to put  together my creation;
Crumb cake card SU
Baja breeze card SU
Large script background stamp SU
Pocket watch stamp ? where i got his stamp from
Inks used all SU range ; Crumbcake, soft suede
Spritzer tool also SU
Circle punches
Number stamp set from SU
Stamp set for the wings also from SU
Gold embossing powder  SU
Shabby blue and white embossing poweder from stampendous
Topper is Kanban
Crumb cake and Baja breeze seaming ribbon
So they are the main things. I also used a small part of a chain and then added a silver key that I embossed with a shabby blue embossing powder, then embossed it again with a small dab of gold to give it a old look too.   I also had some small clock face embelishments that I had in my bits and bobs drawers so I added a couple of them!   The backing card I distressed the edges and then used the script stamp to give a light back ground in the crumbcake colour.  On top of that I then used soft suede to stamp the clock faces so they were alittle darker then here and there I used the espresso ink pad to do the really dark brown clock faces.  Hope all that makes sense!

Anyway thanks for popping by..........enjoy your day as the sun is shinning  xx

Stripe backing paper on box - Pretty in pink colour by Stampin Up
A4 card colours most from Stampin UP some others that I just had in my scrap box.
Inks for th edges are crumb cake and pretty in pink both Stampin UP
I used quickutz dies to cut the safety pins, swirls and the little sheep.
Assorted ribbon bits
The new large scallop punch from SU
large cirle punch SU
Spellbinders labels die for front
Baby stamp used for details on front
Sticky back pearls from SU
So I think thats about it!   Anyway I hope youlike my little shoes I just think they are so cute!!  I think as I like them that much I may have to make another pair now!

Hello again x

Right well after giving the card challenge a go the other day I thought I would do another!  So this challenge was to use butterflies and lace on the going buggy blog site!  The lace being normal lace or paper lace etc.   So I have used peel off glitter butterflies and my martha stewart lace boarder punch for my lace look.  I quite like the lace look in white as i think it looks fresh. Anyway hope you
like it!

Tim Holtz Style

Wow well I back again and this time I have tested myself by trying to put together a Tim Holtz style card so here it is!!! I do prefer more height in my cards but my first attempt just did what I felt comfy with which was FLAT lol .
I have also used the Tim Holtz rock candy to give it a shiny sheen and a crackle look.
Thanks for looking and see you soon
